In this exhibition, Marija Timofejeva and Robin Slater Christensen approach transformation not as rupture, but as a continuous and often imperceptible condition – one that unfolds across landscape, body, and identity.

Duo Exhibition 'Girlhood'

The series of paintings was created because of our passionate desire to unravel the mystery of "what it means to be a woman." At the age of eighteen, it became clear to us, that soon our journey from girlhood to womanhood will reach it’s final stretch. The exhibition reveals fragments of our shared memories and a vibrant spectrum of emotions about friendship, the search for identity, growth, intimate moments, experiences, and vulnerability… All of this – through a feminine lens, creating a deeply personal yet universal reflection of experiences. The goal of the exhibition is to nurture that special bond that exists between all of us. To connect. To heal wounds. To protect.

Personal Exhibiton 'Her Point of View'

Through oil and watercolor painting, Marija Timofejeva explores anxiety in a woman's life. Anxiety related to her body, the changes it undergoes, and the emotional background that accompanies these changes.

Painting series 'Childhood's End'

In the oil painting series "Childhood’s End," Marija Timofejeva portrays her visual interpretation of real and personal stories her closest friends shared in response to the question, “When did your childhood end?”.
